Schedule for Sketch Week

9th March - 2.30pm EST, 7.30pm UK
Introduction to Materials and how to Sketch Facial Features


You’ll learn how to use the materials we will be using in Sketch Week and also how to sketch facial features like the eyes, mouth etc

By the end of this session, you’ll:

  • Feel confident using your sketching materials
  • Understand how facial features are built
  • Be able to sketch simple, believable facial features on your own

10th March - 2.30pm EST, 7.30pm UK

How to Sketch the Full Human Face

In this session, you’ll learn how to bring all the facial features together to sketch a complete human face

By the end of this session, you’ll:

  • You’ll be able to sketch a human face with more confidence and clarity
  • Know how to place facial features correctly
  • Be able to create a face that looks balanced

11th March - 2.30pm EST, 7.30pm UK

How to Sketch Seascapes

In this session, you’ll learn how to sketch a simple seascape from start to finish using easy, repeatable steps.

By the end of this session, you’ll:

  • Know how to create depth, movement, and balance in your seascapes without overthinking it
  • Feel confident to sketch beautiful seascapes on your own, using methods you can apply again and again.

12th March - 2.30pm EST, 7.30pm UK

How to Sketch Animal Textures

In this session, you'll learn simple ways to sketch smooth skin, soft fur, and light feathers using easy pencil strokes.

By the end of this session, you’ll know:

  • How to make animal skin look smooth and natural
  • How to sketch fur so it feels soft and full
  • How to draw feathers so they look light and layered
  • How to use simple strokes to show texture and depth


13th March - 2.30pm EST, 7.30pm UK

How to Sketch A Full Animal Face

In this session, you’ll learn how to break down an animal’s face into easy parts, so it no longer feels difficult or intimidating.

By the end of this session, you’ll:

  • Be able to place the eyes, nose, and mouth and give the face character and expression.
  • Feel confident to create a face that feels alive and believable using methods you can use again and again.
